This configuration has not implemented yet on LAB nor Live environment, its under creation/ testing.
Bond / Bind multiple physical Interfaces into a single interface
Must Read :P Reason of this configuration
Today I have again a huge BUG in my mind, BUG says I want to create Internet Over LAN, in my area. So friends, now I am searching for an ISP (Internet Service Provider) for cheap and faster Internet connectivity in my area. I spent lot of time and money on phone calls, every Internet Backbone solution offered by any ISP's demands huge amount of money, and one says "We can give you Fiber Optic at your Door", heee haaa my BUG says, on second minute ISP demands a bundle of $ for the same.
Now I decide to take 4 DSL connection of 1 Mbps / connection, form 4 different companies, due to after sales service problem in our country :P , and create Bundle of 4 Interfaces in my Fedora Core-2 Linux box, so that, if one DSL down the load will shift automatically on other connections, and if load more than 1 or 2 Mbps then the 3rd and 4th DSL service serve automatically.
Let's see, will this configuration works for me and can I able to utilize 4 Mbps bandwidth?? GOD knows Better. (27/08/2007) if this solution works fine, then this will be the cheapest ever solution with 4 Mbps Backbone, I ever create.
Lets start our configuration.
